With a colossal structure like that, fitting an engine shudnt be an issue. However, a front engine would pose a few probs (can be ironed out, though!) with the power train. I guess it would have no cylinders and crankshaft (since it’s futuristic) and like Jayaprashanth sez, Hydrogen fuel cells could be an option. The size is big enough to accomodate fuel cells. Having said that, two exhaust pipes for a fuel-cell powered bike seems outlandish. Should be exciting to learn how this bike would run..
Thats a nice design,, but as to its bulkiness,,id rather suggest that it would be converted to a slim four wheel car to add up stability and safety..
